Sasken Comm hits 52-week high, to consider buyback on Oct 27

Moneycontrol BureauShares of Sasken Communication Technologies touched 52-week high of Rs 440, gains 8.6 percent intraday Tuesday as it will consider buyback of its fully paid-up equity shares in the meeting to be held on October 27. In the said meeting, the company will consider declaration of interim dividend and the audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.The company will also consider the name change to Sasken / Sasken Technologies in accordance with the applicable provisions of laws.At 10:52 hrs Sasken Communication Technologies was quoting at Rs 430.50, up Rs 25.45, or 6.28 percent on the BSE.Posted by Rakesh Patil
