Kunj Bansal of Centrum Wealth Management told CNBC-TV18, "Thermax looks good. The stock is not available at a cheap or an attractive valuation at which one would like to buy. It looks good at any correction around Rs 600-610-620 levels."
He further added, "On a consistent basis if I have to see Bangalore-based real estate players, on a very broad base they still look good although there is a classification of some of them continuing to do well and some of them probably are expected to see some slowdown. So within that Puravankara Projects is one stock which we like very much, the company has been doing very well."
"The quarterly results have not yet declared. The stock also gave a decent correction in the recent past and after that it has moved up from the bottom, but still at the current level of Rs 64-65 the stock looks good to us," Bansal said.
