Deven Choksey, MD at KRChoksey Invst Managers told CNBC-TV18, "The universe which we have where we keep some of the good quality midcaps, that includes companies from the agricultural space whether they are in agrochemical or seed business. They include the companies in the irrigation space. At the same time in the digital economy space with the fibre optic cable business in demand, I think the companies like Sterlite Technologies, definitely stay in our portfolio.""Selective buying definitely is encouraged in some of these companies including the non-banking financial companies (NBFC) space and insurance companies where the NBFCs which are nurturing the insurance businesses, they are relatively looking more stable and better, be it midcap or even little larger than midcaps. Certainly one could possibly argue for adding such stocks into the portfolio," he said.
