Hold PNB Housing Finance, says Avinash Gorakshakar

Avinash Gorakshakar, Market Expert told CNBC-TV18, "If you look at the kind of numbers post the listing I think PNB Housing Finance has done remarkably well both on the loan book front as well as on the asset quality side. In fact in terms of size it is the fifth largest player. My sense is I think clearly going forward FY18 should be a much better year.""They have said that affordable housing is going to be one big trigger for them and most importantly in terms of the book value and in terms of the profit growth, I would presume that one could expect a 10-15 percent upside on the stock price if he/she can hold on for the next 6 to 12 months," he added.
