Enviro Infra Engineers (EIEL:NSE) announced the acquisition of Vento Power Infra Private Limited for ₹115.61 crore. The company secured the deal following a Letter of Intent (LOI) from PTC India Financial Services Limited, contingent upon due diligence, and finalized the acquisition on August 20, 2025.
The acquisition was executed through Enviro Infra Engineers' Wholly Owned Subsidiary, EIE Renewables Private Limited, with definitive agreements signed with PTC India Financial Services Limited on August 20, 2025. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP served as the sell-side transaction advisor, and Saraf and Partners acted as the legal advisor.
Vento Power Infra Private Limited, incorporated on April 23, 2015, focuses on energy generation from renewable sources and distribution. It is currently developing a 40 MW (AC) grid-connected solar power project in Bolangir District of Odisha, with a tariff of ₹ 4.1/unit for approximately 18 years.
