Dish TV, Shriram City, Sicagen decline 5% on poor Q3 results

Moneycontrol BureauShares of Dish TV, Sicagen India and Shriram City Union Finance declined 5-6 percent intraday Tuesday on the back of poor third quarter numbers.Shriram City Union Finance has reported 9.5 percent decline in its Q3 net profit at Rs 157.7 crore versus Rs 174.3 crore, in the same quarter last fiscal.However, the net interest income was up 17.8 percent at Rs 762.7 crore versus Rs 647.7 crore Dish TV India's Q3 (Oct-Dec) consolidated net profit fell 61.9 percent at Rs 26.7 crore versus Rs 70.1 crore, in the quarter ended September 2016.The company's consolidated EBITDA was down 5.5 percent at Rs 249.6 crore and EBITDA margin was at 33.4 percent.Sicagen India has recorded net loss at Rs 1.5 crore in the quarter ended December 2016 versus profit of Rs 3 crore, in the same quarter last year.Its consolidated total income was up 30.2 percent at Rs 190 crore and other income was at Rs 94 lakh.At 11:38 hrs Dish TV India was quoting at Rs 84.60, down 3.81 percent and Sicagen India was quoting at Rs 25.30, down 5.77 percent.Shriram City Union Finance was quoting at Rs 1,929, down 5.17 percent.Posted by Rakesh Patil
