Sanjiv Bhasin of IIFL told CNBC-TV18, "The worst performing sector has become the best performing in the last one month and that tells you how much of weakness and pessimism was already priced into the telecom sector. It is a new lease of line.""For us, Bharti Airtel would be a buy on any decline. We think the stock can give 20 percent upside on the contours of this deal and on the valuations which go ahead. We think the prime beneficiary of this will actually be Bharti and we had a very good buy on that closer to Rs 305 of their launch of payment bank," he said."We still think on the way up, Bharti should be an outperformer. Idea Cellular is in uncharted territory. So, a 10-12 percent upside is definitely on the cards given that all the weak hands are out of the system."
