One can sell Suzlon Energy on rally, says VK Sharma, HDFC Securities.
Sharma told CNBC-TV18, "Suzlon is a stock which continues to have a bearing of whatever debt that the company has raised. So it continues to have a very dampening effect on the bottomline and the company has not been able to get its act together. It will always have excuses. So this quarter they have an excuse that the monsoon is extended. The monsoons can obviously extend. Then there are problems in China. There is always a problem with the kind of machines that it makes whether here in China or in the west on the offshore in the US. So this is a company and a management which has yet to reprove itself."
He further added, "They are in a fantastically growing industry but this industry grows on what they grows on. If the companies make profit then they invest into these companies by- products of this particular company. So if the profitability improves overall the general environment for Suzlon also will improve and if the profitability returns to the global stage, Suzlon has as a multinational will do well.
