Buy Alembic Pharma, Tata Global, RCF: Sharmila Joshi

Buy Alembic Pharma with a target of Rs 70.75 and a stop loss at Rs 68.80. Overall I wanted to include a pharma name in the portfolio because that seems to be a sector that’s doing well. Within the space among the midcap stocks I do like Alembic Pharma. The Halol facility is back to normal and overall the kind of valuations that Alembic is trading at makes it an attractive buy. Buy Tata Global Beverage with a target of Rs 134 and a stop loss at Rs 129. This on the back of the fact that the Starbucks launch should be anytime. Their JV with Starbucks, the launch was expected in August so I think we shouldn’t be very far away from that and the fact that they have had a very good set of numbers and that strong performance is likely to continue. Buy Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizers with a target of Rs 50.75 and a stop loss at Rs 48.75. They are expanding their urea facility at Thal and overall among the urea play this is a strong play. Buy Apollo Tyres with a target of Rs 98 and a stop loss at Rs 94.50. We have had a very strong Q1 performance from Apollo Tyres and as per the management the double digit revenue growth is likely to continue for the rest of the year and Q2 is expected to be better than Q1. So given all these developments and the fact that rubber prices have corrected significantly Apollo Tyres is a stock I like.
