Traders can bet on DLF: Sukhani

Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com is of the view that traders can bet on DLF.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, “There is a positional trade on the long side in most of the realty stocks. DLF seems to have come out of a base and is promising higher levels. But I think there are more opportunities in the real estate space. All of them are positional trades, the difference between trade and investment is that trade must be liquidated at sometime in the near future. Realty is still not an investing idea.”
 
He further added, “Godrej Properties has an excellent chart. The problem for an investment buy is that you want to buy in weakness, not in strength and at this point I do not know how much upside could come before the stock goes in a trading range or consolidation. I suggested that the real estate stocks all of them are trading opportunities and that applies to Oberoi Realty and Godrej Properties also. I wouldn’t suggest an investment anywhere.”
