Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "DLF was in a trading range. It broke down at Rs 230 and at that time we had given a target of Rs 200. While it reaches Rs 200, it has made another range and it is breaking down from that again. It is hardly a good chart. Therefore, DLF seems to be a short sell and chances are that it is going much lower."
He further added, "Real estate in general is not giving a very stable picture and since DLF is in futures and options (F&O), it is an appropriate instrument to go short, take a bet on the entire real estate sector."
