Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "Cement seems now is completing its correction. Sometimes it gives the impression that the correction is over and new highs are also possible. Yesterday ACC broke out of what apparently is a bullish flag. That suggests a significant upmove on the upside. So even a choppy market or a mildly bullish market should see cement stocks move up again. The two favourites are ACC and Ambuja Cements at this point of time, both have good charts. I think ACC is slightly better, it is probably worth buying in the morning."

He further added, "Sun Pharma has again edged out of a trading range. It is on the verge of making lifetime new highs. It hasn’t done that but perhaps it will do it today or in the next few days. We have seen how Cipla and Dr Reddys Laboratories, those calls have worked very well. That’s mainly because the pharma sector is now very cheerful. So Sun Pharma is again a buying opportunity not just for the day but if the trade works out we should also carry if forward."
