Switch from Reliance Power to Tata Power: Sukhani

Sudarshan Sukhani, s2analytics.com is of the view that one should exit Reliance Power and can enter to Tata Power.

Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, “Reliance Power - the depreciation is even more when you compare it to its IPO price but that is a different story. So many people must be having Reliance Power purchased in the IPO and that is no easy suggestion to investors. If the person is a trader should exit now. Reliance Power is suggesting lower levels ahead. Whatever has happened your cost price is there, just exit if you are a trader.” 

He further added, “If you are an investor it is not one of the best stocks to be in. You could switch from Reliance Power to Tata Power, you remain in the same sector or even switch half to Tata Power and half to Suzlon Energy which is a momentum stock and could give you more rewards. So in one case you simply cash out asset trader, take your loss. As an investor switch to the suggestion I have given.”
