Software services provider Geodesic is locked at 5 percent upper circuit for the fifth consecutive session on Tuesday.


Shares surged more than 27 percent in five sessions while the BSE IT Index went up 1.6 percent during the same period.
At 14:45 hours IST, the stock was quoting at Rs 12.14 on Bombay Stock Exchange.
 
There were pending buy orders of 129,919 shares, with no sellers available.
 
Consolidated net profit of the company dropped nearly 73 percent quarter-on-quarter to Rs 9.75 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2012. However, net sales increased 30.6 percent QoQ to Rs 222.32 crore during the quarter.
