Film actor and politician Kangana Ranaut has purchased an office space in Andheri (West) for Rs 1.56 crore, measuring 407 sq ft in terms of carpet area, according to registration documents accessed by Propstack. The purchase was registered on August 23, with a stamp duty of Rs 9,37, 500 being paid.

The office space purchased by Ranaut is located at the Arc One office complex being developed by Chandra Gupta Estates, which was registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) in October 2022, and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026.

Ranaut has lived and worked in Mumbai due to her career in the film industry, and now represents her home state of Himachal Pradesh from the Mandi Lok Sabha constituency, having won on a Bharatiya Janata Party ticket. She defeated Indian National Congress' Vikramaditya Singh, son of late Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh, during the 2024 general elections held earlier this year.
