AP Govt has given tailor-made incentives worth Rs 695 cr to the group, production is expected to start in May 2027

The Chandrababu Naidu-led led government in Andhra Pradesh is set to approve a proposal by the Raymond Group to invest Rs 943 crore in the state to establish aerospace and auto component manufacturing facilities at Gudipalli and Tekulodu, Anantpur. The two facilities will create over 5,000 jobs.

The company will be setting up two facilities in the state- one is an auto component manufacturing facility at Gudipalli with an investment of Rs 430 crore, with an expected employment generation for 4,096 people. The state has allocated 30 acres of land for the facility.

Second proposal is of JK Maini Global Aerospace (Raymond Group) to set up an aerospace manufacturing facility at Gudipalli and Tekulodu. Expected investment in the state for this facility is of Rs 510 crore and with a potential to create 1,400 jobs. AP cabinet will approve an allocation of 47.28 acres of land for the facility today.

The incentives for this investment have been tailor-made under the AP Aerospace and Defense Policy 4.0.
