V.S.T. Tillers Tractors Appoints Thirupal Gorige as Secretarial Auditor

V.S.T. Tillers Tractors has appointed M/s. Thirupal Gorige & Associates LLP as Secretarial Auditors of the company, effective September 10, 2025. The appointment was approved by the members of the company at the AGM held on the same date.

The Shareholder at its meeting held on September 10, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s. Thirupal Gorige & Associates LLP, as Secretarial Auditors, for five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30.
