Timken India has announced the appointment of Mr. Nagarjun Y G (Membership No: F13541 and CP No:19301) as the Secretarial Auditor for a period of 5 years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30. The decision was approved by the Members at its meeting held on August 19, 2025.
The company informed that M/s. V. Sreedharan & Associates ceased to be Secretarial Auditors of the Company on completion of their term.
The announcement was made under Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The stock is listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) under the symbol TIMKEN and on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) with the scrip code 522113.
