Thomas Cook (India) has announced the resignation of Madhavan Menon from his position as Non-Executive Chairman and Director of the company, effective at the close of business hours on September 17, 2025. Menon's departure is part of his retirement plans.
The Board of Directors has acknowledged Menon's significant contributions, guidance, and mentorship throughout his tenure of over 25 years with the company.
The company has disclosed the details of the resignation as per the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Madhavan Menon (DIN: 00008542) has resigned from his position as Non-Executive Chairman and Director to pursue his retirement plans, with the effective date of cessation being the close of business hours on September 17, 2025.
