The Board of Directors of Swelect Energy Systems, in its meeting held today, has re-designated Mr. R Chellappan, Managing Director, as a Whole Time Director and Vice-Chairman of the company for a period of 5 years, effective from September 4, 2025, to September 3, 2030.
The board has also appointed Dr. Arulkumar Pudur Shanmugasundaram as CEO & Managing Director of the company for a period of 5 years, effective from September 4, 2025, to September 3, 2030. Mr. A Balan, Whole Time Director (Joint Managing Director), has been re-designated as Whole Time Director of the company for a period of 5 years, with effect from September 4, 2025, to September 3, 2030. The Board has also appointed Mr. G S Samuel as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director (Additional Director) of the Company.
