The stocks continue to rally relentlessly even as a section of the market feels the risk-reward ratio is no longer attractive. The stocks are now quoting around 1.3 times the book value. In 2011-12, the market was willing to pay as high as 2.5 times book. But then, the loan book was growing at a much faster rate at that point.
