The Board of Directors of Saurashtra Cement Limited is scheduled to convene on Thursday, July 24, 2025, to review and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The meeting is being held pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
In continuation of the earlier communication dated June 26, 2025, the trading window, which was closed as per the company's code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, will reopen on Monday, July 28, 2025, for all designated persons of the Company.
The decision was formally communicated to the BSE LTD and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited on July 14, 2025.
