Promoter Shazad Sheriar Rustomji has offloaded over a percent stake in Stallion India Fluorochemicals, which specialises in selling refrigerant and industrial gases, via open market transactions on November 4.

Stallion India Fluorochemicals shares were locked in 5 percent lower circuit for fourth consecutive session, closing at Rs 247.65 on the NSE. Overall, it has been under pressure since hitting record high on October 17, barring one-day rebound, losing in total over 41 percent in the same period.

Shazad Sheriar Rustomji sold 8.08 lakh shares (equivalent to 1.01 percent of paid-up equity) at Rs 247.65 per share, valued at Rs 20.01 crore. Total promoters' shareholding in the company was 67.9 percent as of September 2025.

However, Savita Jayesh Shah acquired 4.04 lakh shares (0.5 percent stake), and Jayeshbhai Nagindas Shah bought 4.04 lakh shares (0.5 percent stake) in Stallion India at Rs 247.65 per share.
