Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced the extension of Shri M. Paramasivam's term as Executive Director of the bank. The extension, effective from September 15, 2025, will continue until his superannuation on March 31, 2027, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The decision was made by the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, as per Notification No eF.no.4/4(vi)/2024-BO.I dated September 15, 2025.
