Paisalo Digital Limited has announced the allotment of secured non-convertible debentures following a resolution by the Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors on August 08, 2025.
The debentures are rated, listed, senior, secured, redeemable, taxable, and transferable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs).
The issuance is through private placement, with a face value of ₹1 Lakh each. A total of 3,400 NCDs have been allotted, with a tenure of 36 months. The coupon/interest rate offered is 9.75% per annum, payable quarterly.
The NCDs are secured by a first-ranking pari-passu charge on loan receivables to maintain a security value of 1.10 times the principal outstanding.
The redemption will be a one-time payment on the maturity date, August 08, 2028, at par.
