Olectra Greentech board approves director appointments, related party transactions

Olectra Greentech Ltd said its board of directors has approved the appointment of Mr. P. Rajesh Reddy as a Whole-Time Director effective September 30, 2025, and the regularisation of Mr. Puritipati Venkata Krishna Reddy as Director of the company. The board also cleared the continuation of related party transactions with EVEY Trans Private Limited and its subsidiaries/SPVs and with Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL).

The approvals followed the company’s 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 27, 2025, where all resolutions were passed with the requisite majority.

Key AGM voting outcomes:

• Adoption of annual financial statements – 100% votes in favour.


• Declaration of dividend – 100% votes in favour.


• Appointment of Mr. P. Rajesh Reddy – 91.7% in favour.


• Appointment of secretarial auditors – 100% in favour.


• Ratification of remuneration to cost auditors – 100% in favour.


• Regularisation of Mr. Puritipati Venkata Krishna Reddy – 99.93% in favour.


• Appointment of Mr. P. Rajesh Reddy as Non-Executive Director – 91.82% in favour.


• Approval of related party contracts with EVEY Trans – 97.44% in favour.


• Approval of related party contracts with MEIL – 99.46% in favour.

Shares of Olectra Greentech were trading at Rs 1,541.60 on Tuesday, down 1.85 percent. The stock touched a day’s high of Rs 1,578.80 and a day’s low of Rs 1,538.80 during the session. Over the past year, it has declined nearly 7 percent, moving between Rs 989.95 and Rs 1,787.00. Olectra shares currently trade at a price-to-earnings multiple of 89.84 and offer a dividend yield of 0.03 percent.
