NLC India's board has approved the appointment of D. Hanumanta Raju & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five years and fixed September 19, 2025, as the record date for final dividend payment for the financial year 2024-25.
In its meeting on September 2, 2025, the board approved the appointment of D. Hanumanta Raju & Co., Company Secretaries, as the Secretarial Auditors of the company for a period of five consecutive years commencing from FY 2025-26 till FY 2029-30, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company.
The board has fixed the record date for ascertaining the shareholders eligible for the final dividend payment for the financial year 2024-25 as Friday, September 19, 2025.
Additionally, the register of members, share transfer books, demat records, and register of beneficiaries through NSDL and CDSL will be closed from September 19, 2025, to September 27, 2025, for the purpose of the 69th AGM of the company.
The 69th Annual General Meeting of the shareholders will be convened on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 15:00 Hours through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with relevant MCA and SEBI Circulars.
The meeting commenced at 11:00 Hours and ended at 13:15 Hours.
