Muthoot Microfin has announced the allotment of Listed, Rated, Senior, Secured, Transferable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) worth ₹100 Crore.
The Debenture Issue and Allotment Committee of Muthoot Microfin Limited, in its meeting held on September 12, 2025, approved the allotment of 1,00,000 (One Lakh) NCDs. These NCDs have a face value of ₹10,000 each.
The NCDs are to be issued on a private placement basis.
The announcement was made in accordance with Regulations 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
