The board of directors of Mufin Green Finance Limited has approved the issuance of listed, secured, non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis for an aggregate amount up to ₹50 crore during its meeting held on August 28, 2025.
In addition to the debenture issuance, the board has also approved the appointment of M/s. Gaur & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the statutory auditors of the company, effective from August 28, 2025. This appointment is to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of M/s. Tattvam & Co., Chartered Accountants, and is subject to the approval of shareholders. The board has recommended to the shareholders its approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting for appointment of M/s. Gaur & Associates, Chartered Accountant as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of three years to hold office from conclusion of the 9th Annual General Meeting till 12th Annual General Meeting to be held in year 2028.
Furthermore, M/s. Abhay K & Associates, Company Secretaries, have been appointed as the secretarial auditors for a period of five years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30, subject to shareholder approval. The notice for the annual general meeting to be held on September 29, 2025, along with allied documents and matters, was also approved.
