Kiri Industries Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Reema Pranav Parikh as an additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director, effective from September 02, 2025.
The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The Board of Directors approved the appointment at their meeting held on September 02, 2025. The appointment is for a term of five years and is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
Ms. Reema Pranav Parikh holds a Master of Science in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from Texas A&M University, USA, and a Bachelor of Technology in Civil-Construction Technology from CEPT University, India. She has 14 years of experience in the environment and WASH sectors.
Her career includes roles as an Independent Consultant to WASH Institute, WaterAid India, and MMIPL, where she provided design and implementation services for Fecal Sludge Management (FSM) and greywater treatment projects. Currently, Ms. Parikh is a Designated Partner at 5D VDC Services.
Kiri Industries has confirmed that Ms. Reema Pranav Parikh is not related to any Director on the Board of the Company.
The meeting commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 12:30 P.M.
