Hemisphere Properties India Limited has resubmitted the outcome of its board meeting, originally dated September 4, 2025, following an email on September 8, 2025, to include the meeting time.
Further to earlier intimations dated December 13, 2024, and April 16, 2025, regarding the issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP) document for the sale of land parcels at Village Bopkhel, Pune, Maharashtra, the Board of Directors has approved Amendment No. 2 to the RFP Document. Additionally, the date of the e-auction has been extended by 15 days from the originally scheduled dates of September 15-16, 2025.
The amended RFP will soon be available on https://hpil.enivida.com and www.hpil.co.in.
The meeting commenced at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:30 p.m.
