Easy Trip Planners board will consider the issue of bonus shares in its upcoming board meeting. Shares of the company were trading higher in trade on October 9 to quote at Rs 33.46 per share on the NSE, up nearly 2 percent at around 3 PM.
A meeting of the board of directors is scheduled to take place on Monday, October 14 to consider and approve the bonus shares, the company said in an exchange filing today.
The company last declared bonus issue in the ratio 3:1 in November 2022. Here is a brief of its recent bonus issues.

In the last week of September, a block deal involving shares worth Rs 176.5 crore took place on the exchanges. Around 4.6 crore shares, representing a 2.6 percent stake in EaseMyTrip changed hands at a floor price of Rs 38 apiece.
Earlier, the company announced venturing into the electric bus manufacturing market through its new subsidiary, Easy Green Mobility. Easy Green Mobility will manufacture EV buses, with YoloBus (another subsidiary of EaseMyTrip) serving as its operating arm.
The company aims to tap into the sustainable mobility segment.
Earlier, Moneycontrol exclusively reported that the promoter of EaseMyTrip (Easy Trip Planners Ltd) Nishant Pitti is expected to sell 15 crore shares or 8.5 percent of the total share capital in a block deal on September 25, according to sources. Nishant Pitti held a 28.1 percent stake as of June 2024.
The company was in the news in January this year, after it suspended flight bookings to Maldives amid the boycott trend following derogatory remarks by some Maldives ministers against PM Narendra Modi over his visit to Lakshadweep.
