The shares of DreamFolks Services jumped 5 percent to hit the upper circuit at Rs 114.61 apiece. This comes after the company shared key business updates.
In an exchange filing released in the post market hours of October 7, DreamFolks Services announced the official launch of its new and exclusive DreamFolks Club Memberships at the Global Fintech Fest 2025 in Mumbai.

The exclusive membership includes anchor services like members-only social clubs, global lounges, golf games and golf lessons, along with value-added benefits like coffee at malls, highway dining, salon and spa privileges, OTT subscriptions, movie vouchers, visa services, floral gifting, and travel SIMs.
"By integrating lifestyle, travel, wellness, and essential services into a single membership, this initiative creates a truly holistic platform for everyday and aspirational experiences," it said.
DreamFolks Services and The Card Company launch 'Wallet α':
In another exchange filing released on October 8, DreamFolks Services announced that it has collaborated with The Card Company to launch India's first premium wallet - Wallet product Alpha (α). This directly integrates elite travel, lifestyle, and entertainment privileges on PPI rails, it said.
"Through Wallet α, benefits which traditionally have been exclusive to select Credit Card users are now made accessible to every consumer across the country,” it added. The wallet includes several benefits like:
- Travel benefits: Global airport lounge access, airport transfers, railway lounges and hotel upgrades.
- Lifestyle Benefits: Access to members-only clubs, golf sessions, wellness and fitness services, and curated experiences.
- Entertainment & Dining Benefits: OTT subscriptions, movie benefits, and gourmet dining offers.
"This collaboration solidifies DreamFolks' position as the essential digital backbone for privilege, extending its network of premium experiences to India’s rapidly growing digital innovation in the BFSI sector," it added.
DreamFolks Services announces strategic partnership with WSFx Global Pay:
In another exchange filing released today, DreamFolks Services announced that it has formed a strategic partnership with WSFx Global Pay Limited at the Global Fintech Festival (GFF) 2025 in Mumbai to simplify and elevate the end-to-end travel transit experience for Indian consumers.
"Through this collaboration, DreamFolks and GlobalPay will integrate a suite of global transit and travel convenience services into GlobalPay’s ecosystem, creating a one-stop platform that merges payments, privileges, and mobility under the payment layer. This partnership moves beyond transactional payments, offering a full spectrum of services that enrich the modern traveler’s lifestyle,” it said.
“As part of this partnership, Indian travelers will gain access to a wide range of premium, yet accessible transit features, including Global & Domestic Lounge Access, Meet & Assist Services, Club Access, Visa at Doorstep & Lounge Support, Airport & Cab Transfers,” it added.

DreamFolks Services shares have gained more than 11.5 percent in the past five days, but fell nearly 17 percent in the past one month. The stock crashed 48 percent in the past six months, and is down more than 71 percent in 2025 so far.
