Urban Company IPO share allotment is expected to be finalised later tonight, September 15, after the issue drew strong investor demand with a subscription of 104 times.
The Rs 1,900-crore Urban Company IPO was open for subscription from September 10 to 12. The app-based beauty and home services platform Urban Company had fixed the price band at Rs 98-103 per share. Ahead of the opening, the company raised Rs 854 crore from anchor investors.
IPO Applicants can check their Urban Company IPO allotment status on the official website of the registrar, MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd (formerly Link Intime India Pvt Ltd), by entering their application number or PAN. The status will also be available on the BSE and NSE websites.

According to platforms tracking the grey market activities, the shares of Urban Company are commanding a GMP of over 66 percent in the unregulated market. Investorgain quoted a GMP of Rs 68.5 for the shares of the company, indicating a listing gain of 66.50 percent.
Urban Company IPO shares will be listed on both NSE and BSE on September 17.
