India’s primary market will continue to see action in the coming week as three companies are going to be open for subscription while nine companies will list their shares in the bourses.
No mainboard IPOs are scheduled for the week while 3 companies are opening their IPOs in the SME segment this week. The 3 companies are cumulatively looking to raise Rs 86.8 crore.
Chatha Foods
Chatha Foods will be the first IPO from the SME segment to hit Dalal street this next week on March 19. Chatha Foods has a price band of Rs 53 to 56 per share. The final day of bidding will be on March 21. The frozen food processor company is looking to raise Rs 34 crore through its issue.
Omfurn India FPO
Omfurn India will be open for subscription on March 20. The FPO has set its price band at Rs 71-75 per share. The issue will be closed on March 22.
The furniture manufacturer and supplier is looking to raise Rs 27 crore through its secondary offering.
Vishwas Agri Seeds
Vishwas Agri Seeds is going to open its maiden public issue on March 21. The price for the issue is fixed at Rs 86 per share. The IPO will close on March 26. The company engaged in processing and supplying seeds to farmers is looking to raise Rs 25.8 crore.
Facilities management services company, Krystal Integrated Services will close its Rs 300.13 crore issue on March 18. KP Green Engineering will close its Rs 189.50 crore SME IPO on March 19. Enfuse Solutions’ Rs 22.44 crore public issue and Enser Communications’ Rs 16.17 crore IPO will also close their subscription on March 19.

Listings
Kerala-based Popular Vehicles will list their shares on the exchanges on March 19. The company has raised Rs 601.55 crore through its public offering. The issue was subscribed 1.23 times. Popular Vehicles have not attracted any premium in the grey market.
Krystal Integrated Services is expected to be listed on March 21. Krystal’s shares are trading at a premium of 8.53 percent over its upper band of IPO price of Rs 715 in the grey market.
In the SME segment, Pratham EPC Projects will list its shares on NSE SME on March 18, Signoria Creation and Royal Sense on March 19 NSE SME and BSE SME respectively. AVP Infracon will list on NSE SME on March 20, Enser Communications, Enfuse Solutions and KP Green Engineering will list on March 22. Enser and Enfuse will list on NSE SME while KP Green Engineering will list on BSE SME.
