The action in the primary market seems to be unstoppable as there will be eight new public issues hitting next week starting from September 1, along with 13 companies scheduled for listings despite subdued equity market conditions. The Nifty 50 shed 3 percent from the recent swing high amid US tariff concerns.
Eight new IPOs scheduled for next week include only one from the mainboard segment i.e. parenteral products maker Amanta Healthcare, the Rs 126-crore issue is opening for subscription during September 1-3, with price band of Rs 120-126 per share. The company already raised Rs 37.8 crore via anchor book on August 29, a day before the offer opening.
The major action will be seen in the SME segment as total seven public issues - Rachit Prints, Goel Construction, Optivalue Tek Consulting, Austere Systems, Vigor Plast India, Sharvaya Metals, and Vashishtha Luxury Fashion - will hit Dalal Street next week.
Rachit Prints, the manufacturer of specialty fabrics for mattresses, will open Rs 19.5-crore IPO on September 1, while IT solutions provider Optivalue Tek Consulting, and Goel Construction will launch their Rs 52-crore and Rs 100-crore public issues, respectively on September 2.
This follows Austere Systems, the IT services and solutions provider, which is set to hit street with its Rs 15.6-crore IPO on September 3.
On September 4, PVC pipes and fittings maker Vigor Plast India, and aluminium products manufacturer Sharvaya Metals will launch their IPOs, aiming to raise Rs 25.1 crore, and Rs 58.8 crore from the primary market.

Vashishtha Luxury Fashion, the embroidery work, accessories & finished garments exporter, will the last IPO (worth Rs 8.87 crore) in the SME segment, opening for subscription next week on September 5.
Further, the Oval Projects Engineering IPO, which was opened on August 28, is scheduled for closing on September 1, followed by Sugs Lloyd, Snehaa Organics, and Abril Paper Tech which will close on September 2.
Listings
In the mainboard segment, Anlon Healthcare, and Vikran Engineering will be the only two companies lined up for debut on the bourses on September 3 after their IPOs getting subscribed 24 times and 7 times, respectively, while there will be 11 listings from the SME segment in the coming week.
Anondita Medicare, Shivashrit Foods, and Classic Electrodes (India) shares will be available for trading effective September 1, followed by NIS Management, and Globtier Infotech on September 2.
The trading in Current Infraprojects, and Sattva Engineering Construction shares will commence on September 3, followed by Oval Projects Engineering listing on September 4.
And finally, Abril Paper Tech, Sugs Lloyd, and Snehaa Organics will make their debut next week on September 5.
