Amrapali Capital SME IPO lists at Rs 100.60 on debut

Gujarat-based company Amrapali Capital and Finance Services got listed today (Thurday 31st October) on the BSE SME Platform at a price of Rs 100.60 per share.

Initial public offerings (IPO) of 25.77 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 100 per share was opened for subscription during October 15-18. The company is engaged in the business of trading of shares, stocks, forex and arbitrage business. Corporate Strategic Allianz Limited is the book running lead manager and Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited is the registrar to the issue.
