Infosys Foundation launches Rs 200-crore programme to help 5 lakh job seekers by 2030

Over 80,000 job seekers have already been placed in FY25 under the initiative.

Infosys Foundation, the philanthropic arm of IT major Infosys, has launched a Rs 200-crore Infosys Springboard Livelihood Program aimed at enabling five lakh job seekers in India to secure employment by 2030.

As part of the programme, Infosys Springboard, the company’s digital learning platform, will provide skilling and career development opportunities beyond classroom training.

In FY25, the programme has already placed over 80,000 job seekers in various industries, the company said in a release.

Targeting both graduates and undergraduates, the initiative focuses on jobs across science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and non-STEM sectors. It offers training in advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, as well as skills in digital marketing, finance, and workplace competencies like communication, time management, and interview preparation.
