Second leg of Budget Session to begin on Thursday

The second leg of the Budget Session kickstarts tomorrow. The first leg was largely a washout owing to the Oppostion taking on the government for their demonetisation decision. The government is hopeful of getting the supporting legislations of Goods and Services Tax passed by Parliament for rolling out the new indirect tax regime by July.
