USFDA observations won't hit Natco product launches: Nirmal Bang

Natco Pharma has been flagged by US Food & Drug Administration (USFDA) over two of its facilities in Manali (near Chennai) and Kothur (near Hyderabad).Sumit Singhania of Nirmal Bang says that the observations made by the US regulator are minor and can be resolved easily, adding they won't impact approvals for the above plants in the next two months, he adds. Products launches from the facilities won’t be impacted, he adds.An inspection was conducted by the regulatory body at Natco's Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing facility at Manali and the Pharmaceutical Formulations facility at Kothur in early February and March, respectively, the company said in a statement.
