Working on a complete turnaround of the company but the plans are not in public domain yet, said Seshan Ranganathan, CEO of Archies.
Speaking to CNBC-TV18, he said we will be shutting down loss-making stores as part of the restructuring process. Around 10-20 percent of stores are loss-making and so, we are looking at rationalising them, he said.
