New orders could be around Rs 1,000 crore, says Man Infra

Ekta: We understand that your order book, the last time we spoke, stood at around Rs 1,000 crore odd. Can you tell us what exactly it currently stands at and what might your visibility be in terms of the segments that you operate in?

A: At present the order book level is almost the same. We had quoted one or two new projects and we expect the result in next 15 days. These are sizeable orders.

Ekta: It currently stands at around Rs 1,000 crore odd. It hasn't increased much from those levels?

A: Yes because the tenders are under process and I believe the job should be awarded post Diwali.

Ekta: If we had to assume an order book position for you by the end of this fiscal, which is March 2017, what do you think it would be post all of the bids and post all of the tenders going through?

A: The new orders could be around Rs 1,000 crore plus our in-house project, which is not yet started, we expect to start in Q4 of this year. So that engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) order book should also be around Rs 1,000 crore plus.

Prashant: How will the profile of the company change, for example by March 2017, numbers wise?

A: I will not be able to project the numbers but definitely we are much focused on our core business which is infrastructure simultaneously we have quoted on real estate contracting and real estate development is also going on.

Ekta: Can you apprise us on your Aaradhya Nalanda project. When exactly would revenue start flowing in?

A: Aaradhya Nalanda is near completion and we are expecting the occupancy certificate (OC) in next one month. It's a small project.

However, we have completed Aaradhya Tower, Aaradhya Saphalya.
