GST to help share for organised players go up to 50%: Cera

Atul Sanghvi, Executive Director, Cera Sanitaryware in an interview to CNBC-TV18 spoke about the positive impact in case goods and services tax (GST) was imposed.

According to him, once GST comes through the share of organised players in the space would increase to 50 percent from 35 percent.

He is also confident that the standard rate of GST would benefit the company, since currently they pay about 29 percent in indirect taxes.CEA-panel recommended a revenue neutral rate suggested by the CEA panel stood at 15-15.5 percent.
