Godrej ups stake in DGH-owned Style Industries by 39%

Godrej Group has acquired an additional 39 percent stake in DGH-owned Style Industries in Kenya, consideration for which will be payable in cash. The company will now hold 90 percent in the subsidiary. Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Adi Godrej, Chairman of the Group said that the company is happy to increase its stake in the subsidiary. The operations from sales in Kenya are high, he said. Godrej added that the company is on continuous lookout for increasing stake in its subsidiaries. Watch video for more
