Domino's Pizza chain, operated by Jubilant Foodworks in India, has opened its 1000th store in the country. The company has opened close to 150 stores every year and will continue to do so going ahead, says Ajay Kaul, CEO of Jubilant. Outside of the US, India is the only country that has a 1000th store, Kaul says adding that there is potential to continue the upward trend in future. In the second quarter of FY16, the company had opened 29 new pizza stores and seven new Dunkin Donuts stores across the country.
