Aim to complete 'Sky City' project in 5-yrs: Oberoi Realty

Oberoi Realty has launched Sky City, an affordable luxury project in Borivali. Speaking about the details of the project, Vikas Oberoi, CMD of the company told CNBC-TV18 that the project is likely to be completed in five  years and the price range could be similar or tad lower than the current prevailing prices in the area. All the phases of the project will start and be completed together, he added.Sky City by Oberoi Realty in Borivali East is coming up with high-rise towers of about 60 storey (tallest towers in suburbs) providing exclusive 3 BHK room apartments with modern features and style. The development of this residential project is in the land parcel of about 25 acres bought from Tata Steel last year.
