Abhey Oswal wanted his wife to succeed him at Co:Oswal Greentech

After the demise of business tycoon, Abhey Oswal, members of the Oswal family have gotten into a tangle over his wealth and business succession plan. In a major twist Abhey Oswal's elder son Pankaj is planning to drag his mother (Aruna Oswal) to court over the issue. There is a battle over control of Oswal Greentech and Oswal Agro Mills, companies that were set up by Abhey Oswal. Providing further clarity on the above case Anil Bhalla, MD, Oswal Greentech in an interview to CNBC-TV18 said there was no need for shareholders to worry because future of the company was in safe hands. The shareholders will decide who will run the company, since it is a public limited comppany, he added.He said Aruna Oswal was a capable person to run the company; Abhey also wanted his wife to succeed him and she was his nominee. He said, she was closely associated with Abhey Oswal in managing the business, in managing Oswal Trusts and that she also has vast experience in managing national & international projects.
