In an interview with CNBC-TV18, M Radhakrishnan, Joint MD, Autoline Industries said that the company is not changing it's business model.
He said that the company is looking at various options with respect to it's Pune land. It might opt for selling the land, if it gets desired price. It may look for co-development, if it comes across a good co-developer. Further, the company is also preparing a master plan and it may plan to sell FSI to smaller builders of 5-10 acres each.
