The joint venture deal that was sealed last week between Arvind and Tata Housing Development Company is pegged at Rs 1800-Rs 2000 crore. The 50:50 JV project will develop an integrated township project in Ahmedabad.
It is learnt that as part of the deal, Arvind will get Rs 125 crore towards land partnership. The land on which the project will be developed belongs to Arvind and is estimated to cost around Rs 250 crore.
