Hexaware Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 16, 2011 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Consolidated and Stand Alone) for the financial year ended December 31, 2010 and recommendation of final divined, if any, on Equity Shares of the Company.
Accordingly, the Company shall be submitting the audited financial results for the entire financial year ended December 31, 2010 on February 16, 2011 and will not be submitting the un-audited financial results for the last quart ended December 31, 2010. | | Source : BSE |
